How long does it take for my lighting fixtures to ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Golden Lighting fixtures include a 1-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement fixture at no additional cost.
Are light bulbs included with the fixtures?
To allow for personal preference in brightness and color temperature, light bulbs are generally not included unless specifically stated in the product description.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, we recommend that all hardwired fixtures be installed by a licensed electrician to ensure safety and compliance with local building codes.
Are your fixtures compatible with dimmer switches?
Most of our incandescent and LED-integrated fixtures are dimmable, provided they are used with a compatible dimmer switch and dimmable bulbs.
