At Golden Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination experience; if a fixture doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Fixture

  Carefully repack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, crystals, and instruction manuals are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item is in resalable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
